• Proof of Identity (POI): Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Voter ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence;
• Proof of Address (POA): Utility bill (not older than 3 months), bank statement, Aadhaar Card, or any government-issued document bearing your address;

Documents must be submitted in clear, legible format. Valorbet may request additional documentation at its sole discretion. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or the cancellation of pending withdrawals.

3.5 One Account Rule

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate, secondary, or "ghost" accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, Valorbet reserves the right to:

• Merge or close all duplicate accounts;
• Void all bets and winnings generated across duplicate accounts;

3.6 Account Security

4Account Management

4.1 Account Verification Status

Your Account may operate in different verification tiers. Unverified accounts may access limited features and are subject to lower deposit and withdrawal ceilings. Full KYC-verified accounts unlock the complete range of Platform services and higher transactional limits.

4.2 Account Information Updates

It is your responsibility to keep your Account information current and accurate. To update core details such as your legal name, date of birth, or identity documents, you must contact Support directly, as these fields cannot be edited unilaterally once verified. Changes to email address or phone number require re-verification.

4.3 Account Suspension & Closure by Valorbet

Valorbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close an Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including collusion, bonus abuse, or money laundering;
• Chargebacks or reversed transactions initiated without valid cause;
• Underage gambling;
• Use of automated scripts, bots, or AI-assisted tools to gain unfair advantage;
• Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe;
• Regulatory or legal requirement.

Upon suspension, Valorbet will conduct an investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, any balance and pending winnings may be forfeited. If no breach is confirmed, your Account and eligible funds will be restored.

4.4 Account Closure by User

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting Support at support@valorbet-download.com. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with Section 5. Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant if no login or real-money transaction has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. Valorbet will send reminder notifications to the registered email address prior to applying dormancy fees. A dormant account administration fee of ₹200 per month (or the remaining balance, whichever is lower) may be applied. Funds will not be reduced below zero. You may reactivate your Account at any time by logging in and completing any required re-verification.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Account Currency

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹). Deposits or withdrawals in other currencies may be subject to currency conversion at the prevailing exchange rate, plus applicable conversion fees charged by your payment provider.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods

5.3 Deposits

5.4 Withdrawals

5.5 Refused & Returned Transactions

Valorbet reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal at its discretion where it reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Any returned funds may be subject to a processing fee of up to ₹250 or 3% of the transaction value, whichever is greater.

5.6 Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

Valorbet maintains strict anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing (AML/CTF) procedures. The Platform does not permit the use of gambling Services for the purpose of transferring, storing, or laundering funds. Suspicious activities will be reported to relevant authorities. Users are not permitted to withdraw a deposit without placing at least one real-money wager equal to the deposited amount.

6Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

6.4 Game Contribution to Wagering

6.5 Bonus Validity Period

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, all bonuses must be used within 30 calendar days of being credited. Unclaimed or unconverted bonus funds will expire automatically at the end of the validity period and will be removed from the Account without compensation.

6.6 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While Bonus Funds are active and wagering requirements remain outstanding, the maximum stake per bet or spin is capped at ₹1,000 (or currency equivalent per the specific promotion). Placing bets in excess of this limit while using Bonus Funds may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

6.7 Bonus Abuse & Fraud

Valorbet actively monitors for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies intended to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, or coordinated play with other Users. Any User found engaging in bonus abuse may have their bonus forfeit, their Account suspended, and any winnings voided.

7Games & Fair Play

7.1 Game Availability

Valorbet provides access to a range of gaming products sourced from third-party software providers. The availability of specific games may vary by jurisdiction, device, or account status. Valorbet reserves the right to add, remove, or modify games at any time without prior notice.

7.2 Random Number Generator (RNG)

All casino games offered on the Platform utilise a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random, independent, and unpredictable. The RNG systems employed by our game providers are regularly tested and certified by accredited independent testing laboratories.

7.3 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical failure that affects the integrity of gameplay, Valorbet reserves the right to declare any affected bets or rounds void. No winnings arising from a malfunction will be honoured. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays." 7.4 Disconnections

If your internet connection is interrupted during a game session, Valorbet's servers will continue to manage the game in progress according to the applicable rules. Upon reconnection, you will be presented with the result of the game. Valorbet accepts no liability for losses incurred due to connectivity issues on your end. If a disconnection occurs during a live betting event, the bet will stand if it was confirmed by the server prior to disconnection.

7.5 Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, macros, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to automate gameplay or gain an unfair advantage;
• Collusion — coordinating play with other Users at the same table to gain an advantage;
• Chip dumping — deliberately losing chips or funds to another account;

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities.

7.6 Sports Betting Rules

Valorbet reserves the right to void or limit bets on any market where odds have been published in error, or where the integrity of an event is under investigation. Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed, or abandoned will be treated in accordance with the relevant sport's rules as published in the sports betting section of the Platform.

8Tournaments & Lotteries

8.1 Tournament Eligibility

From time to time, Valorbet organises competitive tournaments, leaderboard events, and prize draws for registered Users. Participation is open to all KYC-verified Users who are not under any Account restriction. Employees and affiliates of Valorbet are ineligible to participate in any promotional competition.

8.2 Tournament Rules

8.5 Fair Competition

Disqualified Users forfeit all prizes and may face Account suspension.

9Intellectual Property

9.1 Ownership of Platform Content

All rights are reserved.

10Limitation of Liability

10.4 Force Majeure

Valorbet shall not be liable for any delay in performance or failure to perform its obligations arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, war, cyberattacks, internet outages, power failures, or changes in law or regulatory requirements.

10.5 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Valorbet and its officers, directors, employees, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (c) any claim by a third party arising from your use of the Platform.

11Dispute Resolution

11.1 Internal Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your Account, a game outcome, a transaction, or any aspect of the Services, you should first contact Valorbet's Support team, who will endeavour to resolve the matter promptly.

11.4 Game Outcome Disputes

Disputes relating to game outcomes will be resolved by reference to the transaction logs maintained on Valorbet's servers. In the event of a discrepancy between the display shown on your device and Valorbet's server records, the server records shall be deemed authoritative and conclusive.

11.5 Time Limitation

14Miscellaneous

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, the Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific promotion or tournament rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and Valorbet with respect to your use of the Platform, and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver
